G.I.T. is a dynamic, 100% family-owned, real estate investment & management company established in 1966. We own and operate over 8,000 beautiful multi-family apartments spanning 5 states. G.I.T. is proud to be of the few large real estate firms that own every single unit that we manage. We don’t flip properties, we nurture them for decades.

Benefits
Compensation: The salary will be commensurate with experience.
Certain Reimbursements for office supplies, travel, gas
Accrued Paid Time Off, Holiday Paid Time Off, and a Floating Holiday
401(k) + employer contribution
Employer-paid health insurance coverage up to $450.00 per employee, per month, if elected
Health coverage including spouse and/or family are available at an extra cost
Employer-paid Life Insurance coverage for each employee
Optional Insurance Coverages:
Dental and Vision coverages are available to all employees and their families
Accidental Insurance coverage made available to employees and their families
Critical Illness coverage made available to employees and their families
Short-Term Disability
Long-Term Disability coverage made available to employees
Term Life Disability and Accidental Death and Dismemberment coverage made available to employees.
Pet insurance made available for employees’ pets (up to four!).
